BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Please read the description of each service in detail before you book your appointment. You may need to add on services (i.e. treatments, trims etc...)

FIRST TIME/NEW CLIENTS are asked to submit a front and back picture of your hair in its natural state for timing and scheduling purposes. Send your name and photos to 512-763-2044 within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment. If we do not receive these photos or communication from you. The appointment is subject to cancellation. Hair must be detangled (combed through from ends to the roots especially if you're coming out of braids, twists etc...) free of small twist/braids and ready to shampoo or there will be an additional fee. 

If you’re wanting your hair to look like the Instagram photos. I recommend NEW CLIENTS to book either The  Works or The Royal treatment for your first appointment to start your hair on the right track. This service allows me to target all areas from the scalp to the ends of your hair (what's included will be listed in the description box of the service). The ultimate goal is healthy hair.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE

If you book an appointment that requires a consultation and have not been approved (ie…color & microlinks) the appointment will be cancelled and will NOT BE REFUNDED.

NOTE- If you send a text or leave a voicemail please allow 24-48 business hours for us to respond.

SQUEEZE-INS *Before & After hours and Sunday request are an additional $75. Squeeze-Ins, and Last Minute Appointments are $50 additional.

WEAVE/EXTENSION SERVICES
I offer sew-in and microlink packages, wigs and u part services using the hair from The Swich Up™️ and will only color extensions from The Swich Up™️ be sure to read descriptions of packages before booking.

WAITLIST/CANCELLATION LIST
You may add yourself to this list as many times as you like, especially if you have flexibility in your schedule. Our list will auto populate you in a space if someone cancels. (Please be sure to have on your notifications). This list is priority over texting and in boxed messages. 

 

             If something comes up and you need to reschedule your appointment, you are responsible for taking care of this adjustment 24 hours prior to your service. You are able to reschedule your service through your appointment confirmation email.
