Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Hair extensions and custom wigs cannot be resold once they have been handled, worn, or altered by the buyer. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason.

Once your order is placed, it immediately begins processing. Please double-check that you’ve selected the correct style, color, length, and texture before completing your purchase.


Custom Orders

All orders are customized based on your selection and require approximately 7–21 business days to create.
Custom unit colors are made to order and cannot be changed once submitted. While we do our very best to match your selected color or photo reference, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed due to monitor differences and hair variations.

We do not offer any warranties, guarantees, or repairs, and we are not responsible for units that do not fit. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


Wrong Item Received

Returns are only accepted if you received the wrong item.
If you believe you received the wrong product, please contact us at theswichuphairsolutions@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) received. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for lost or stolen packages.

  • All packages include a tracking number provided by USPS. USPS updates tracking information each time your package is scanned.

  • If you will not be home on the expected delivery date, you may request that USPS hold your package at your local post office at www.usps.com.
