1. Eligibility & Account

2. Products, Services & Training

  1. We offer hair products, wigs, bundles, custom-made wigs, and training/mentoring or educational materials (e-books, classes, etc.).

  2. All descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep the Site accurate, but we do not guarantee complete accuracy.

  3. For custom orders (e.g. custom wigs), lead times, specifications, and measurement instructions will be provided. You agree to follow measurement guidelines and accept that variations may occur due to the handmade/custom nature.

3. Orders, Payment & Billing

  1. We accept major payment methods including: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa. TheSWICHUPHairSolutions

  2. When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

  3. Prices are in USD. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your local government on international orders.

  4. If your payment is declined or fails, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  2. Title and risk of loss pass to you when products are delivered to the shipping carrier.

  3. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. We will not be liable for delays outside our control (e.g. customs, weather, carrier issues).

  4. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos so we can assist per our refund/return terms.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  2. For non-custom, non-used items in original condition, returns may be accepted within [X days] (specify your policy).
