POLICY

First time purchases will require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.

Orders over $100  will require a signature for delivery.


PROCESSING TIME

1)      You pay for your order

2)      You will receive an Order Confirmation Email

3)      The Processing period begins. Processing time is 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for Wigs. Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period.

4)      After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created

5)      You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.

6)      Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days US) (6-10 business days International)


SHIPPING

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. If the tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please email theswichuphairsolutions@gmail.com 

HOW ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year. Hair and lace have 5 business day processing. Wigs and U Parts have 10 business day processing. 


AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL IT?

We will attempt to make the change to your order within the same day your order is made. Depending on our volume and time of year, we may not be able to make any changes. If you made an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, we’re sorry, but we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. 


REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All orders are customized based on your selection and will take 7-21 business days to create. Due to the nature of our product, we do not give refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Please read all disclosures and FAQs prior to making a purchase. Once we receive your order we begin processing the order immediately. Please be sure you have chosen the correct style, color and length before checking out. We do not offer any warranties, guarantees or repairs. We are not responsible for a unit that does not fit.
    • Custom unit colors are made to order. Once the order is submitted, the order cannot be changed. The custom color you choose will be as close as possible to the photo. We will do our very best to match the color, however, there is no guarantee the color will be exactly the photo or description. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. LOST/STOLEN PACAKGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

  • All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package. 

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
