Our Cranial Prosthesis Process

Step 1 — Submit Your Inquiry

Complete the Cranial Prosthesis (Medical Wig) Inquiry Form below. We will review your information and contact you within 24–48 business hours.

Step 2 — Review & Preliminary Pricing

We'll discuss your needs, provide starting prices, and explain the consultation process.

Step 3 — Schedule Your Consultation

A $55 consultation fee is required to schedule your appointment. During your consultation, we'll discuss your desired style, texture, length, color, construction, and measurements.

$25 of your consultation fee will be credited toward your cranial prosthesis purchase.

Step 4 — Final Quote & Order Agreement

After your consultation, you'll receive a personalized quote and review your custom order specifications, estimated production timeframe, and order terms.

Step 5 — Full Payment & Production

Payment in full is required before production begins. Once payment is received and your order is confirmed, we begin creating your custom cranial prosthesis.

Step 6 — Completion & Delivery

Once your cranial prosthesis is complete, we'll arrange pickup or shipping according to your order agreement.

Step 7 — Itemized Invoice & Documentation

You will receive an itemized invoice documenting your completed purchase. If using HSA/FSA benefits, you are responsible for confirming eligibility and meeting any documentation requirements established by your administrator.

Consultation Credit: $25 toward your cranial prosthesis purchase
Custom Orders: 100% payment required before production
HSA/FSA: Accepted for applicable purchases; eligibility and documentation are the client's responsibility
