If you book an appointment that requires a consultation and have not been approved (ie…color & microlinks) the appointment will be cancelled and will NOT BE REFUNDED.

WAITLIST

You may add yourself to this list as many times as you like, especially if you have flexibility in your schedule. Our list will auto populate you in a space if someone cancels. (Please be sure to have on your notifications). This list is priority over texting and in boxed messages.

If something comes up and you need to reschedule your appointment, you are responsible for taking care of this adjustment 48 hours prior to your service.
